London's Air Ambulance now has a dedicated telephone number 0911 813 4367 which allows supporters to donate funds for this vital service simply by making a quick phone call.

Calls cost £1.50 from BT landlines (mobiles and other service providers may vary) and London's Air Ambulance receive a minimum of £1 for each call made.

Every phone call made contributes towards raising funds for more missions. For more information about what sort of missions the helicopter and rapid response vehicles attend on a daily basis, please visit our website, click on 'About Us' and 'Mission Data'.

A big Thank You to all our volunteers who worked so hard on Friday and Saturday to raise money for London's Air Ambulance at venues across London. To see some photos of some of the volunteers collecting during the weekend, take a look at our Fundraising Gallery.

We're busy counting all the buckets today, and we'll let you know how much we raised as soon as possible.

A big Thank You also to everyone who generously donated money to one of our collectors on Friday or Saturday. It was nice to see so many friendly faces, and to chat with some busy commuters at Liverpool Street Station as they headed home to enjoy the weekend sunshine.

Arsenal v Chelsea, May 6th, Volunteers Needed!

Are you a football fan?

London's Air Ambulance have been offered exclusive access to fundraise at the Emirates Stadium on May 6th as Arsenal play Chelsea in the Barclays Premiership. Due to short notice we need more fundraisers to collect money in buckets at the beginning and end of the game. It's always a fantastic atmosphere collecting at games, and fans are generous knowing that London's Air Ambulance is their local air ambulance charity.

Please Note: Volunteers are not guaranteed to see the game. We are generously given a limited number of tickets free of charge by Arsenal, these will be drawn out of a hat on the day by the volunteers

Bath Half Marathon

Hats, scarves, gloves and cups of hot chocolate were needed on Sunday morning in Bath as we watched 12,000 people run 13 miles around the winding streets of the city. Luckily the sun came out, and it turns out that clapping and cheering 12,000 runners keeps your hands warmer than gloves do. The elite runners seemed to speed past incredibly quickly, followed by many club runners, and thousands of runners raising money for charities nationwide, including our own fundraiser Ross.

Ross finished in 1 hour 56 minutes, 4 minutes under target and we were very proud to present him with a bag of fudge at the end (well, the fudge shop offered free samples and we couldn't resist trying and buying while he collected his medal). Ross is almost up to his fundraising target, why not visit his fundraising webpage and give him one last boost, or pop over to JustGiving anyway, see all the other events our lovely volunteers are currently fundraising for, and register to do an event of your own. After all the fudge we may need to run the British 10K and the London Marathon ourselves...
